My job is to organise extra provision for children who are having difficulty accessing the curriculum.
This involves liason with all the staff, parents and outside agencies when necessary. We then set up programmes of work and monitor progress. I set up groups or individual work, depending on the need.
Also I am involved in taking classes when other staff have non-contact time (PPA time).
