Hi my name is Amanda Richards-Karanja but you would remember me as Amanda Laver. I am a former pupil of St.Joseph's it must be over 20 years ago now but I have very fond memories of the school although I was only there for 3 years. I always remember the nuns and remember they where so strict, but I also remember the teachers and I thankyou for teaching me. I always remember the trip to a place called Beer and the tram ride we had.

I now live in Hatfield in Hertfordshire, I am married with two young boys George and Anthony age 3 and 5. I don't know if there are any teachers who remember me as it was such a long time ago. I would love to hear from you, if you do remember me

Hello St Joseph's :D
Not sure if you remember me?
i left the school in year 6 and went to KAS for about a term until i left and moved to Australia at the end of 2003.
I really loved this school and have so many treasured memories :)
i miss Burnham and hopefully will come back for a visit soon. Australia is great though and i've nearly finished year 10 soon to be a year 11- a bit scary! Anyway just wanted to say hello to all the teachers- Mr Lawrence, Mrs Walton, Mrs Mills and Mrs HB she's a legend :)
It's been a long time but i still have all my primary school photos since year 3 :)
I also went to Nursery here where i met my first friends who i still talk to today :)
Thanks for everything.
Regards,
Katherine McKenzie

I can't believe my Brother (Joe) beat me to it, commenting on this!
What a great time I had at St. Joes, it's been twelve years since I left and I've been through school, college and over half way through Uni - I'm studying Psychology and Biology at Bath Spa, sure Mrs Walton would be impressed, the number of times she called my Mum in to tell her I wasn't working!

Anyway, work to do - best wishes to Mrs Walton as she's the only teacher left, that taught me and best wishes to be passed on, if possible(?!) to Mrs Smale (gave me my love of music and my first solo in the Christmas play!) Mrs H.B, Miss Doyle - who left us, in year three and promised she'd be back to see how we were getting on and never did! And of course, Mrs Thompson from reception!

Love xx

hi. cool website!
i used to be a pupil at St. Joseph's. I loved it! i am still in contact with a few of my classmates from this school. I've lost contact with a lot, but i'd love to hear from anyone who used to go that remembers me. I wonder how Jeremy Honey is getting on in the USA? and James Adams in Australia. I'd love to hear from Sophie Garner or Stephanie Curtis, infact, anyone who remembers any of those names!!

thanks for a great start to, hopefully, a great, happy, healthy life.
I'd like to thanks Mr. Kingwell, Mrs Dickinson, Mrs Smale, Mrs H.B, Mrs Walton, Mrs Jackson Steven, Mrs Brunnock, ha, i can't believe i've remembered so many.
